Returns
NED apparel – If the size you have ordered is incorrect or doesn’t fit, please contact us to arrange an exchange within 14 days. Please email us at info@nedwhisky.com.au 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.  

Refunds 
Faulty goods are eligible for a refund or replacement. We can’t refund for a change of mind. Please email us at info@nedwhisky.com.au if your goods arrive damaged or faulty.
