Ingredients
• 60mL NED Green Sash Australian Whisky
• 10mL Australian busy honey
• 2 dashes Australian bitters
lime peel
Procedure
Step 1: Measure 60mL NED Green Sash Whisky into a tumbler.
Step 2: Mix honey with NED whisky until well blended.
Step 3: Add a large ice cube, dashes of bitters and stir.
Step 4: Garnish with lime peel.

GREEN SASH OLD FASHION
Ingredients
• 30mL NED Green Sash Whisky
• ½ fresh Orange
• Soda Water
• Mint Sprig
Procedure
Step 1: Measure 30ml NED whisky into a tumbler and squeeze in half a fresh orange.
Step 2: Add ice cubes and gently stir.
Step 3: Top with soda water.
Step 4: Garnish with mint sprig and enjoy!
