Elegance & Power: Night Class Cocktail

Our NED Grand Reward isn’t your typical mixing whisky. Big, bold, complex - a powerful 50% refined in sweet tawny casks. We call it the iron fist in the velvet glove - and that sort of power doesn't usually need a dancing partner.
But here at NED HQ, we’re always up for a challenge, so we’ve put in the hard yards for you and have been tinkering with some Grand Reward-based cocktails.
This week we've landed on Night Class. Not directly inspired by anything, but it nods to the era of great Prohibition-era, spirit-forward cocktails. Fun and moreish, but definitely boozy.
The name Night Class comes from the evocation of watching the night roll past through a train window, when the bar carriages during the golden era of railways would have been a bloody good time.
