OUR WHISKY BARRELS
Having served their purpose matured NED Australian Whisky in our Melbourne warehouse, we select specific casks chosen for their char level and aroma, and send them 2,000 kilometres north to the Act Of Treason farm near the coast in the Whitsundays.
THEIR AGAVE SPIRIT
The barrels enjoy a second life, maturing Act Of Treason's world class agave spirit at their Eden Lassie farm. Perhaps the most exciting Australian spirits project in a generation, it's not a bad little 'retirement' location.

The result in a multiple gold medal-winning release that combines this rich vegetal notes of the agave plant and the mellow, buttery aromas of NED whisky barrels.

HOW IS IT MADE?
All of the Australian agave spirit is twice copper pot distilled by hand. All cuts and distillates are made and tasted by the team before barrelling.
AWARD WINNING
Even with the very first batch, it's almost won as many Gold Medals as NED Whisky has, including Champion Spirit at Sydney Royal 2024.
