45ml Golden Bickie
30ml fresh espresso
10ml simple syrup (based on preference)
Coffee beans and/or crushed biscuit
Fill cocktail shaker with ice, Golden Bickie, espresso and simply syrup (adjust syrup to preferred sweetness). Shake until shaker is very cold to the touch and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans and/or biscuit.

60ml Golden Bickie
20ml golden syrup
2 scoops of ice cream
30ml milk
Toasted coconut flakes and/or crushed biscuit
Blend the ice cream, Golden Bickie, golden syrup and milk until smooth. Pour into milkshake glass and top with toasted coconut flakes and crushed biscuit.

20ml coconut liqueur
10ml fresh lime juice
Toasted coconut flakes
Rim a martini glass with toasted coconut flakes. Fill a shaker with ice and add Golden Bickie to, coconut liqueur and lime juice. Shakes until your arms get tired and strain into glass.

Lemon peel
Crushed biscuit
Fill shaker with ice. Add Golden Bickie, syrup and bitters. Shake and strain into glass rimmed with crushed biscuit. Garnish with lemon peel.
