Manhattan

What you need
NED Australian Whisky – 45ml
Vermouth (we use Maidenii) – 15ml
Mister Bitters – 2 dashes (3ml)
Orange peel twist
Cherry garnish

How to mix 
Stir all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with a twist of orange and cherry on top

How to serve
Champagne saucer/Coupette

Whisky Sour

What you need
NED Australian Whisky – 60ml
Lemon juice – 30ml
Sugar Syrup – 15ml Equal parts sugar and hot water by volume. Mix well.
Egg White (optional) – 1/2 an egg white

How to mix
Add everything to a cocktail shaker. Add some ice. Shake really hard for 15-20 seconds. Strain over fresh ice in a large rock glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.

Old Fashioned

What you need
NED Australian Whisky – 60ml
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Water – 10ml
Bitters – 2 dashes (3ml). We use Mister Bitters Cacao & Macadamia
Orange peel

How to mix
Add the sugar, water and bitters to a large rocks glass
Stir until the sugar has dissolved
Add 30ml of NED Whisky and stir
Add a large cube of ice and stir to chill
Add the other 30ml of NED Whisky and mix in through
Garnish with a twist of orange peel

How to serve
