NED Whisky Marmalade Sour
What you need
Ned Australian Whisky – 60ml
Lemon Juice – 25ml
Marmalade – 1 1/2 teaspoons – We like Four Pillars Australian Marmalade
Sugar syrup – 10ml – Equal parts sugar and hot water by volume. Mix well.
Will store in the fridge for 3-5 days.
How to Mix
Add everything to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 15-20 seconds
How to Serve
Strain over fresh ice in a large rocks glass
Garnish with orange wedge
NED Whisky Espresso
What you need
Ned Australian Whisky – 1 and 1/2 shots
Coffee Lacquer – 1/2 shot – We use Mr. Black
Espresso Coffee – 1 shot
Sugar syrup – 10ml – if you like 1 sugar in your coffee.
How to Mix
Add everything to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard!
How to Serve
Strain into a Martini glass
Garnish with 3 coffee beans
Manhattan
What you need
NED Australian Whisky – 45ml
Vermouth (we use Maidenii) – 15ml
Mister Bitters – 2 dashes (3ml)
Orange peel twist
Cherry garnish
How to serve
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with a twist of orange and cherry on top

Whisky Sour
What you need
NED Australian Whisky – 60ml
Lemon juice – 30ml
Sugar Syrup – 15ml Equal parts sugar and hot water by volume. Mix well.
Egg White (optional) – 1/2 an egg white
How to mix
Add everything to a cocktail shaker. Add some ice. Shake really hard for 15-20 seconds.
How to serve
Strain over fresh ice in a large rock glass.
Garnish with a slice of orange.

What you need
NED Australian Whisky – 60ml
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Water – 10ml
Bitters – 2 dashes (3ml). We use Mister Bitters Cacao & Macadamia
Orange peel
How to mix
Add the sugar, water and bitters to a large rocks glass
Stir until the sugar has dissolved
Add 30ml of NED Whisky and stir
Add a large cube of ice and stir to chill
Add the other 30ml of NED Whisky and mix in through
How to serve
Garnish with a twist of orange peel
